Rules & Regulations :
- The entry in the premises of the farmhouse under the contract, by any person or persons including minor and infant child other than previously booked, is strictly prohibited and shall be said to have made unauthorised entry. If such unauthorised entry is found by the owner of the property or any person having power vested by the owner shall have full discretion to immediately prohibit such entry and/or to take the appropriate penalty in terms of money from such people who have entered unauthorizedly on the spot.
- Terms and conditions for regarding club houses shall be in effect to the concerned places and all the rights related to terms and conditions are vested to the farm house. Charges for Farm houses should be paid separately.
- It is the duty of the guests at the time to check out to return the Farm House and all the other relatable things in the premises of the Farm House as it was at the time of check in.
- If the amenities in the Farm House situated outside the city area have been not in the operating condition then it is the duty of the guests to co-operate with the owner.
- Nobody is allowed to get into unnecessary arguments with the person responsible for the care of the Farm House.
- Extra facilities provided to the guest must be taken proper care by the guests and if any damage occur during the serving the same facilities to the guests then the guests will be sole responsible for the payment of the damage at the time of check out.
- Surat FarmHouse is mere the facilitator of the Farm House and the guests are bound to pay all the additional charges on the spot if there are any.
- If any misconduct is being done by anyone then the owner as well as the “Surat FarmHouse” has full power to exclude the same person.
- After the check in it is the duty of the guests to take care of the Farm House and the things in the Farm House premises and if is anything gets missing then the guests shall be held liable
- Owner shall have full discretionary right to access their respective Farm House at any time, nobody can challenge or restrict the same.
- The owners have the full discretionary power to examine the guests and have right to send back the guests.
- Performance of restricted and prohibited acts by any person in the premises of the Farm House shall amount to the payment of penalty in terms of money and that shall be duly collected by the owner or the care taker of the Farm House and/or exclusion from the Farm House with termination of the stay.
- Unmarried couples are strictly prohibited for the stay in the premises of the Farm House under the contract and if such is found then the owner and Surat Farm House have the full authority to stop the stay of such couple at the time of check-in. Such couple will not be entitled to get the refund or will not entitled to get the additional stay.
- At the time of check out it is the duty of the Guests to hand over the keys of the Farm House to the owner and if the owner is not present then the owner must be call by the guests or to inform the care taker of the Farm House appointed by the owner or the person acting on behalf of the owner. It the duty of the guests to check out the Farm House with all the required procedures.
